Architecture modernization
Helped redesign a production SAP code-security product around a more centralized architecture, substantially reducing the upgrade burden for customers operating multiple development systems.

Moderated an architecture forum that clarified component boundaries, REST and RFC interfaces, terminology, documentation, and trade-offs across multiple products and teams. Developed reusable high-level models of cross-product dependencies so technical and nontechnical audiences could understand how their work fit into the wider ecosystem.

Created and refined a playbook for a manually intensive on-premises delivery process, documenting quality checks, packaging, naming, documentation, and responsibilities so release owners could work consistently.

Role progression:
Work included SAP architecture and technical concepts, offshore collaboration, development review and acceptance, release readiness, delivery processes, client requirements, mentoring, and internal innovation. I also delivered a two-week, in-person onboarding program for three Manila-based engineers and additional in-person training for a Bratislava-based engineering team.
Before and during university, I also built web systems used by organizations and customers: a non-profit website that evolved from static HTML to a custom CMS, an online wine shop adapted from an open-source e-commerce framework, and an automotive-parts shop with substantial custom development for criteria-based product selection.
